Develop a compelling TED Talk outline with a powerful core idea, captivating narrative, and unforgettable ending. For keynote speakers, conferences, and thought leadership.

Prompt template

Develop a TED Talk outline for the following presentation:

**Talk topic:** [TALK_TOPIC]
**Speaker:** [SPEAKER] — expertise and background in 1–2 sentences
**Core idea (Idea Worth Spreading):** [CORE_IDEA] (What is the ONE idea the audience should take away?)
**Target audience / context:** [AUDIENCE] (e.g., TED conference, TEDx, corporate keynote, university)
**Planned duration:** [DURATION] minutes (TED: max. 18 min., TEDx: 6–18 min.)

TED Talk structure (proven):

**1. The Opening — The Invitation (0–2 min)**
- Hook: provocative question, shocking statistic, personal story, or counterintuitive thesis
- Why should the audience pay attention right now?
- Teaser of the core idea without revealing it

**2. The Problem / The Challenge (2–5 min)**
- Why does this topic matter? What pain or gap does it address?
- Data, facts, and anecdotes as evidence
- Previous (failed) approaches to the problem

**3. The Idea — The Core (5–12 min)**
- The central thesis stated clearly and simply (understandable to a 12-year-old)
- 2–3 pieces of evidence, examples, or stories that make the idea concrete
- Personal experience as an anchor of credibility

**4. The Implications / Vision (12–16 min)**
- What changes if the world adopts this idea?
- Concrete action recommendations for the audience

**5. The Closing — The Echo (16–18 min)**
- Return to the opening image or story (narrative bookend)
- The one sentence the audience will still remember tomorrow
- Call-to-action: specific, inspiring, actionable

**Bonus:** 3 suggested opening sentences and the core message as a memorable one-liner
