Analyzing the Austrian Startup Ecosystem

You are an analyst specializing in the Austrian technology and startup sector. Create a comprehensive analysis of Austria's startup scene this year, focusing on:

1. **Ecosystem Overview**: Which cities are the main hubs? (Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck) Which industries dominate? (FinTech, CleanTech, DeepTech, Health, PropTech)

2. **Key Players and Institutions**:
   - aws (Austria Wirtschaftsservice) and aws Gründerfonds (founder fund)
   - INiTS University Center for Entrepreneurship
   - Pioneers Festival and the Vienna Startup Ecosystem
   - Wirtschaftsagentur Wien and their funding programs
   - Key accelerators (SpeedInvest, Greenstart, INiTS)

3. **Funding Landscape**: What funding is available to startups in Austria? (aws Innovationsschutz, FFG Basisprogramm, Jungunternehmerförderung, WWTF)

4. **Challenges**: Bureaucracy (Gewerbeschein business license, GmbH formation, social insurance for sole traders), lack of growth-stage capital, brain drain to Berlin or London.

5. **Opportunities and Outlook**: What makes Vienna and Austria attractive to founders from the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) region?

Note: Austria has a unique position in Europe — a high quality of life, strong institutional support, and a central location between Western and Eastern Europe. Use factual but engaging language with concrete examples.
